New : Lactiwel

Lactiwel is a new rather original concept. It was born from the idea of Marcel Besnard to develop the dairy die by proposing a lager beer on the fermentation of milk.

Even if this idea can shock, it is not less serious. The fermentation of milk takes again the same process as that of beer by the use of a technique employed in Kéfir, drink traditional of the Middle East.

It is made up of 75% from milk and malt 25%. The production is currently of 300 bottles of 75cl. per weeks. The distribution is still local but could extend to the great distribution within the framework from future agreements.
