The brewery Kerav Ale in Roscoff was born from a passion of Jean-Yves Jacob for 25 years old beer. This cidrier and horticulturist were trained in addition to handle with traditional mixing. After having proposed since 2005 of draught beers to the bars and associations, he has proposed for this summer four beers out of bottle of high fermentation without filtering nor pasteurization. The raw material (malt and hop) is English, Eost Du with the characteristic to be with buckwheat. Rosko stout obtained Fourquet d Argent with the ?Beer National competition? with Saint-Nicolas-of-Port.
