 The craft brewery Touken created in May, 2007 proposed us until now the pale ale and bitter philomenn. These two beers are since the end of January accompanied with a stout. It is of a very dark and carbonated stout, with aromatic notes very rosted and cacaoted, It is characterized by a marked bitterness.
